Choosing the right Bible school can shape your spiritual foundation for years to come. As someone who completed the Diploma of Ministry at the School of Theology (SOT) in 2024, I often receive questions about where to begin, what programs are available, and which paths are worth considering.

This page serves as a simple guide - highlighting accredited, trustworthy, and life-shaping theological programs for anyone who desires to grow deeper in the Word and walk more closely with God.

Why SOT? (My Personal Journey)

As a 2024 graduate of the Diploma of Ministry (DipMin) program at the School of Theology (SOT) Singapore, this Bible school holds a very special place in my heart.

Those six months were not only an academic experience - they were deeply transformative for my spiritual life, my mindset, and my walk with God.

SOT was where I:

  • built life-giving friendships with classmates from different countries and backgrounds

  • experienced a mission trip that opened my eyes to ministry beyond the classroom

  • grew spiritually through consistent prayer, worship, and practical ministry work

  • learned to read the Word with fresh revelation

  • discovered a deeper sense of calling and clarity for my life

It was truly a season of rebuilding, reshaping, and rediscovering what it means to walk closely with God. Looking back, I can confidently say that the way I pray, study the Bible, and serve today is shaped directly by that time at SOT.

This is why SOT is the first Bible school I wholeheartedly recommend - especially if you desire a structured, immersive season of spiritual formation.

Stepping into formal theological study is more than earning a qualification - it is choosing to grow deeper in your walk with God, to sharpen your understanding of His Word, and to become more grounded in your calling.

Whether you begin with a short foundational program or continue into advanced studies, what matters most is the posture of your heart as you seek Him. My hope is that this guide gives you clarity, confidence, and options as you consider your next step. If God is stirring your spirit toward deeper learning, trust His leading - He will guide, provide, and shape you in ways you cannot imagine.
